FAQ

• How do we book the Villa and its dépendance? 
  Please submit the reservation request form in the "Book now" section. Your booking will be confirmed within 48 hours at the latest (tipically 5 hours).
• In the reservation request form my credit card details are required. Is my credit card charged at the reservation?
  No. The credit card details are required to secure the booking only, your credit card is NOT charged at the moment the reservation is made.
• Under which circumstances is my credit card charged? 
  Your credit card is NOT charged unless cancellation or no show policy apply.
• Is a down-payment required?
  Yes a 30% down-payment is required.
• At what time can we check-in and out? 
  Check-in from 1pm, Check-out before 10am. 
  Different check-in/out times may be agreed upon subject to availability of the apartment. Please provide us in advance with your check-in/out schedule.
• Is there a place where we can store luggage in case of early/late check-in /out? 
  We would be pleased to help you in this respect subject to needs of future guests.
• Is there a minimum-stay requirement?
  Yes, the Villa has a one-week minimum stay.
• When does the cancellation policy apply and how can I cancel my booking? 
  Please refer to our cancellation policy in the "Book now" section to verify the cancellation policy related to the Villa. Send us an e-mail at cancellation@feelhomeincapri.com if you want to cancel the booking.
• Which languages do you speak? 
  English, French, Spanish and Italian.
• Is the Villa peaceful? 
  Yes, the Villa is very peaceful.
• For whom the Villa is ideal for? 
  For the most demanding travellers.
• Can we smoke in the Villa and in its dépendance? 
  In order to respect future guests we kindly ask you to smoke in outdoors spaces.
• Is final cleaning included in the price or is it charged separately? 
  Final cleaning is included in the price.
• Is a daily maid service included in the price?
  Yes, 4-hour daily maid service is included in the price. Extra hours are charged at 15 euro per hour.
• How can we reach the Island of Capri? 
  You have to go to Naples (200 kilometres south from Roma) by either train or plane. From the station or the airport take a taxi to “Molo Beverello Port” from where every hour leave hydrofoils and/or ferryboats towards Capri. Connections to Capri are also available from “Mergellina Port”; however, it is much more convenient to depart from “Molo Beverello” because of the greater frequency of departures and larger selection of ferries and hydrofoils.
• How long is the boat trip to Capri?  
  From Naples, the ferry takes about 80 minutes, while the hydrofoil takes about 40 minutes. 
  From Sorrento, the ferry takes about 40 minutes, while the hydrofoil takes about 20 minutes.
• Once in Capri which is the most convenient way to arrive at the Villa? 
  Take either a taxi (10-minute ride) or the rail cable (3 minutes) until the “Piazzetta”, then walk for 8 minutes for Via Camerelle and Via Tragara, direction Via Tuoro.
