From its wonderful position the apartment boasts heartbreaking & spectacular view over the natural scenery of the Faraglioni rocks, the Small Marina bay and its emerald & crystal-clear waters and turquoise sea.

Interior: The apartment is characteristic, cosy and fresh. It has been recently redecorated by a famous architect in accordance with the island architectural traditions and furnished with exquisite taste.

It consists of two double bedrooms (one with twin beds that can turn into a double bed and the other with a french bed (120 cm x 160 cm), one living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace that opens into the garden of the Villa.

The apartment is provided with precious hand-made brick floors, stoned-walls and chestnut-wood doors & windows realised by a carpenter in Capri. The bathroom is highly refined and subtle in its mosaic lining and black and white marbled floor. The kitchenette, also entirely made by a carpenter in Capri is finished in chestnut-wood. It has been realised by following the design of the architect inspired by a boat kitchen. 

No A/C but due to its thick walls, rooms are cool even if outside there are 30 degrees. Heating available for winter stays.

Exterior: Splendid panoramic terrace and garden dipped into Mediterranean vegetation with palms, olives & lemon trees. Outdoor dining area shaded by a wisteria & bougainvillaea pergola.

The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a totally relaxing holiday, in perfect harmony with nature and the sea.

The location is perfectly placed in between the famous “Piazzetta” in the center of Capri and the beaches of the Small Marina bay. Both the center of Capri and the beach can be reached by foot.

The property can be accessed by either foot or public means of transportation (i.e., taxis and buses).

A deposit equal to 200 € is requested at check-in and will be refunded in case of no damages at check-out.
