How do we book the apartment?
Please submit the reservation request form in the "Book now" section. Your booking will be confirmed within 48 hours at the latest (tipically 5 hours).
In the reservation request form my credit card details are required.
Is my credit card charged at the reservation ?
No. The credit card details are required to secure the booking only, your credit card is NOT charged at the moment the reservation is made.
Under which circumstances is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is NOT charged unless cancellation or no show policy apply.
When and how are we required to settle the bill?
You are kindly requested to settle the bill in cash on arrival.
At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in from 1pm, Check-out before 10am.
Different check-in/out times may be agreed upon subject to availability of the apartment. Please provide us in advance with your check-in/out schedule. A minor additional charge equal to 40 euro is due for check-in after 19.30pm.
Is there a place where we can store luggage in case of early/late check-in /out?
We would be pleased to help you in this respect subject to needs of future guests.
Are one-night stays admitted?
No, we are sorry but a one-night stay is not admitted.
Am I entitled to a discount in case of long stays?
Yes, stays longer than one week entitle you to a given discount automatically calculated and shown by our booking engine.
When does the cancellation policy apply and how can I cancel my booking?
Please refer to our cancellation policy in the "Book now" section to verify the cancellation policy related to the apartment. Send us an e-mail at cancellation@feelhomeincapri.com if you want to cancel the booking.

Yes, the apartment is very quite & peaceful.
For whom the apartment is ideal for?
For couples, families with up to two children, four adults.
Can we smoke in the apartment?
In order to respect future guests we kindly ask you to smoke in the terrace.
Is final cleaning included in the price or is it charged separately?
Final cleaning is charged separately at 50 euro.
Is there a possibility to have more frequent maid service?
Yes, more frequent maid service can be provided on demand at the cost equal to 12 euro per hour.
How can we reach the Island of Capri?
You have to go to Naples (200 kilometres south from Roma) by either train or plane. From the station or the airport take a taxi to “Molo Beverello Port” from where every hour leave hydrofoils and/or ferryboats towards Capri. Connections to Capri are also available from “Mergellina Port”; however, it is much more convenient to depart from “Molo Beverello” because of the greater frequency of departures and larger selection of ferries and hydrofoils.
How long is the boat trip to Capri?
From Naples, the ferry takes about 80 minutes, while the hydrofoil takes about 40 minutes.
From Sorrento, the ferry takes about 40 minutes, while the hydrofoil takes about 20 minutes.
Once in Capri which is the most convenient way to arrive at your apartment?
Take either the cable (3 minutes) or a taxi (10-minute ride) until the “Piazzetta”, then take the pedestrian street Via delle Botteghe and walk until the street starts climbing. Turn then right and you are in Via Padre Reginaldo Giuliani. The apartment is on your right.
